CI matrix has been updated. We will probably trim/move some of this around, but currently all of these platforms are building all repos. Test execution passed in the cross-compiled Linux big endian and arm32 runs, but is disabled on those now because the emulation takes over an extra hour per repo after the source/test compile. All other runs have native test execution.

This full CI matrix is now merged. There may still be some kinks worked out, and the full CI run is longer. But we'll scale that back a bit once it's all clean. We now have CI coverage for all architecture and compilers and operating systems that we have coded support for, which is about twice what were had in CI a couple of days ago.
